چکیده

The COVID-19 coronavirus, which primarily affects the lungs, is source of disease known as SARS-CoV-2. According to “Smoking and COVID-19: a scoping review,” about 32% smokers had severe case pneumonia at their admission time 15% non-smokers this pneumonia. We were able determine genes expressed differently in each group by comparing expression gene transcriptomic datasets patients, smokers, healthy controls. In all, 37 dysregulated are common patients according our analysis. have applied all important methods namely protein-protein interaction, hub-protein drug-protein tf-gene gene-MiRNA interaction bioinformatics analyze understand deeply connection between both smoking severity. also analyzed Pathways Gene Ontology where 5 significant signaling pathways validated with previous literature. Also, we verified 7 hub-proteins, finally, total drugs study.

BIOINFORMATICS Dependence Network Modeling for Biomarker Identification

Motivation: Our purpose is to develop a statistical modeling approach for cancer biomarker discovery and provide new insights into early cancer detection. We propose the concept of dependence network, apply it for identifying cancer biomarkers, and study the difference between the protein or gene samples from cancer and noncancer subjects based on mass-spectrometry (MS) and microarray

ORF8 ∆382 Mutation: A Possible Viral Prognostic Biomarker for the Severity of the COVID-19

Since the initial onset of the current severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic from Wuhan, China in December 2019, the virus is now spread all around the world, and the disease is named COVID-19. Based on the WHO report on April 18, 2021, there are now more than 140 million confirmed cases and three millions deaths due to this disease[1]. The virus pathogenesis, cl...

Antioxidant Supplements: A Promising Approach to improving COVID-19 Demonstrations

Severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) that causes COVID-19 could progress to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The immune cells' migration in response to virus lead to cell death by releasing oxidizing free radicals. These oxidizing free radicals mediate NF-κB activation and induce transcription of cytokine-producing genes that eventually a cytokine storm ensues...
